About our company

Company History

WIR Sp. z o.o. (until 01.2019 WIR ENGINEERING LTD.) has been operating since 1993 and specializes in design, structural work, supply coordination, as well as the comprehensive execution of investments and renovations. Our multidisciplinary design services cover all phases, from conceptual and spatial programming to executive designs, including building and architectural designs, production line assembly, non-standard structures, water and sewage systems, ventilation and air conditioning, heating and gas installations, and monitoring of concentrations of hazardous and explosive vapors.

The company’s scope of activities also includes general contracting and “turnkey” project delivery, covering all construction and assembly work, including supply, commissioning, required inspections by specialized authorities, and handover to the Client for operation.

Our documentation includes both projects required to obtain a “Building Permit” for an investment, as well as all studies and approvals necessary to obtain administrative decisions, such as: “Decision on Environmental Conditions for the Implementation of the Planned Investment” or “Decision on Land Development Conditions.”

Loading/unloading stations

WIR Sp. z o.o. design office (until 01.2019 known as WiR Engineering Ltd.) has designed numerous loading and unloading stations for environmentally hazardous liquid substances, such as acids, or flammable substances, such as fuels, resins, and paints, for both road tankers and rail tank cars. The projects involved the modernization of existing stations as well as the design of brand-new filling and receiving terminals.
